Financial Policy and Patient Billing
Payment for treatment is due the day of service.
If you carry dental insurance, we will verify benefits and eligibility prior to your appointment. Based on information received from your insurance company, we will estimate your portion which will be due the day of treatment. We will inform you of that amount ahead of time. We will also be happy to file your insurance claim for you. Once payment by your insurance is received and we have made our contracted adjustments, there still may be a balance. If so, we will send you a statement and payment will be due upon receipt.
If you do not carry dental insurance, full payment will be requested the day of treatment.
